Abstract: In this paper, four types of rational structure of agricultural production in Tai Lake area of Jiangsu Province are analysed and approached.It's considered that the rational structure of agricultural production is the result of comprehensive development of agriculture, forestry,animal husbandry,sideline production, fishery and industry,which enables the natural resources to be protected and utilized rationally, the environmental pollution in rural area to be controlled and the agro-ecosystem to be well coo dinated. Such a structure is the only way for the intensive management of agriculture.
