Abstract: The effects of temperature and pH on the growth of 19 pure strains of mycorrhizal fungi are investigated. The optimum temperature and pH are found and relationships between adaptable ranges of temperatureand pH for mycorrhizal fungus growth and their ecological distribution are indicated.
