Abstract: This paper explored the forest water sources in Lijiang River and Liujiang River Basins,analyzed their similarity of natural geographical characteristics,and using water balance principles of basin, making use of forest meteorological and hydrological material of Lijiang River,draw 3 de-signs for improving water discharge from Lijiang River source.
