Abstract: The production potential of different types of agro-ecosystems in Haicheng city was analyzed. Results suggested that the lower crop yield in eastern hilly region was associated with the loss of soluble nutrition and water. The lower Nand P₂O₅ transfer flux limited full play of production potential in plain areas. The countermeasure to promote agricultural production potential was proposed on the basis of corresponding transformation of structure efficiency.
