Abstract: A trend of the world agriculture development is to build up sastainable agriculture system.The principle of agroecosystem is the theoretical basis for sustainable agriculture.This paper gave a view of research advances of agroecosystem and their roles in the sustainable agriculture development.The further studies on agroecosystem were also discussed.

Key words: Pseudomonas, calcium chloride transformation, orthogonal experimental design, transformation efficiency.
