Abstract: This paper summarized research of mercury pollution at home and abroad in recent years.It mainly includes the mercury source,mercury forms,transportation property in soil.remediation type,remediation property and application of bioremediation are discussed.New thinking were put forward for synthetic treatment and bioremediation in mercury pollution soil.

Key words: greenhouse, nutrition medium, cucumber, continuous cropping, soil microenvironment.
