Abstract: This paper analyzed the characteristics of soil after greenhause cultivation. The soil had problems such as nutrient accumulation, heavy density, acidification, salinization and continuous cultivation. The soil produced harmful gas, which largely affected the soil microbial community. These problems of soil were caused by overuse of fertilizer,long-term continuous cultivation, closed air condition, single crop species, irreasonable fertilizaton and chemical accumulation.Measures for controlling greenhouse soil degradation should combine biological control, agricultural cultivation, ground environment and engineering method together. The application of soil biology will be a new direction for studying the improvement of greenhouse soil environment in the future.
