Abstract: To investigate the influence of land use on soil organic matter, experiments were conducted in nature evergreen broad-leaved forest,Chinese fir plantation, farmland and Phyllostachys.pubescens stand. The results indicated that total soil organic matter and fractions of active soil organic matter were significantly influenced by land use.The content of total soil organic matter and active soil organic matter differed significantly, among which broad-leaved forest was the highest, and P.pubescens stand was the lowest. This difference was mainly resulted from the difference of the quality and quantity of litter and management practices.
