AN APPROACH TO THE CORRELATION BETWEEN ECOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT AND TEA OUALITY

Abstract: In our country, the quality of tea is reduced because of the high temperature and drought in Summer and the dislocation of ecological balance.The author suggests that in order enhance the tea quality, it is necessary to make afforestation, handle capital, construction of tea garden well, select suitable tea-growing ecological region, raise the proportion of spring tea and improve the quality of summer and autumn tea.
