Abstract: A host of animals of all sizes forms an indispensable part of the forest ecosystem. As biotic factors they markedly influence forest patterns and processes. Animals are strongly affected both by the physical environment and by the plant communities with which they associate. The activities of human, deer, cattle, sheep and other large animals result in substantial changes in the forest site. Confining the destructiveness of the activities of human and other animals is giving importance to forest ecosystem.
