The Contents of Zn, Cu, Fe and Mn in Grains and Vegetables of Sichuan Province

Abstract: The Contents of Zn, Cu, Fe and Mn in rice, wheat, maize, potato and lettuce of Sichuan province are examined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry before the application of trace element fertilizers. The trace element contents in various grains and vegetables are different and related to the available trace element contents in soils. The absorption patterns of these elements in the same kind of grains and vegetables from different soils are similar.
