Variation of Desert Vegetation and Desertification Process in Ulanbuho Desert

Abstract: This paper describes the changes of Ulanbuho region which was a steppe. Owing to the unreasonable human activities, the vegetations were destroyed and the desert formed. The developing process of desertification induces a steady deterioration of natural environment and forms the recent desert landscape of Ulanbuho. In order to prevent the further desertification, some measures are put forward by the author.
