Abstract: Simulation studies show that 1. different kinds of flowers possess different anti-pollution capacities to the same polluting gas, and the kinds of flowers possess different capacities to different polluting gases; 2 . the colours of same kinds of flowers have a close relationship with their anti-pollution capacities, i.e., flowers with deeper colour are more endurable than those with light one; 3. little influence of toxic gases is found to the flower and leaf-buds.
