Abstract: The Baoan farm in Guangdong province has an integral ecological structure with agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, sideline and fishery. This structure exhibits a higher transformation rate of material and energy and provides a possibility of fully using natural resources. The present paper analyses the characteristics of this structure and proposes a preliminary program for its improvement.
