Abstract: It's shown that when soybean is inoculated with R.japonicum which has a high nitroge-nase activity, its seed yield is 19.8% higher than that infected by indigenous R.japonicum. During its seed-filling stage, photosynthetic rate of leaves and nitrogenase activity of nodules are significantly greater than control.Regressive equations indicating the effect of each eco-environmental factor on symbiotic N-fixation and seed yield of soybean are obtained.
