Abstract: Based on the present situation of rural natural resources of Henan,this paper discusses the problems induced by the unreasonable exploitation and utilization of natural resources and the experiences gained from following ecolomic laws.Countermeasures for solving such problems and developing ecologic agriculture are also put forward.
