Abstract: This paper incicated that the rhizosphere microbes in main development stages of winter Wheat did not show any significant differences under full and intermittent watering.Only the total amounts of rhizosphere bacteria in the stages of turning green and elongation were higher under full watering than intermittent watering.Rhizosphere bacteria were mainly gramnegative bacilli. The amounts of nitrogen-fixing bacteria in elongation and blooming stages were bigger under intermittent watering. The rhizosphere effect in the blooming stage is more significant.Respiration rate of winter wheat root system in the blooming stage ishigher under intermittent watering than full watering,The nitrogen-fixing activity of root system in the elongation stage is higher than other stages.
