Abstract: The standing stock, standing crop, net production and nutrient contents of two over-mature stands of Cunninghamia lanceolata plantation were investigated. One stand was of 60 years old in a valley and the another of 56 years old on a slope. The data presented hcre were obtained by allometric method. The standing stock, standing crop, net production and contents of the nutrient—N, P2O5, K2O, CaOand MgOwere 1498m3/ha, 644.08t/ha, 6.353t/ha·yr and 10736.49kg/ha respectively for the stand in the valley, and 817m3/ha,328.60t/ha, 6.190t/ha·yr and 5210.53kg/ha respectively for the stand on the slope.
