Abstract: In this paper, the stand types of evergreen bread-leaved forests in Jinyun Mountain were subjected to ordination by Polar Ordination (PO) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) ordination methods. The result shows that ordinations of stands can indicate the change of plant popultion with the change of water and thermal regimes, and reflect the distribution of plant communities. Similar results are obtained by these two methods.
