Abstract: The experiments proved that the lethal content of dissolved oxygen for Pseudopleuronect yokohamae is 1.5ml·L-1 for larvae fish and 1ml·L-1 for adult fish. The minimum limit of salinity is 2.6%,and the appropriate temperature is from 3℃ to 26℃. The fish will be died within three to five days at water temperature of 28℃ or 0.5—2℃. In the case of less than fourty fishes per litre, there is no obvious difference between the early larvae fishes growing in static water, but in metamorphosis period, the density of fish has to be reduced to twenty per litre; otherwise, they will be died in great numbers.
