Abstract: This paper interprets the three principles of eco-cybernetics, i.e.,regeneration, symbiosis and autotrophy,analyzes the ecological essence of problems caused by the conflicts between development and environment, and seeks the ecological means for the sustainable development of urban and rural economy.
