Abstract: 1.Afforestation experiment has been taken out in a phosphorus fertilizer factory for 118 in-dividuals of 65 species. After 18months of afforesting, only 75 individuals of 51 species arealive.2.The response of trees to fluoride pollution varies with tree species, concentrationof air pollutant and distance from pollution source.3.Total F content in leaves shows thatall trees have the ability of absorpting and accumulating fluoride and the purgative effect toair pollution.4.According to their response to F pollution, the survival trees are dividedinto three groups:strong resistant,meso-resistant and weak resistant.
