Abstract

Abstract: Recent advances in the fields of plant foliar microbial ecology and biological control of foliar plant diseases are briefly reviewed, with special references to the features of foliar habitats, characteristics of three pathogen groups, selection of antagonists and strategies in biological control of foliar plant diseases and its improvements.
