Abstract: With the natural resource deficient and population increment,it is imperative to develop and utilize sand.1and resource. However,sandland is the frailest link in the whole terrestrial ecosystem. In this paper,the desertification control model and the necexsity and possibility of sandland resources are expounded from ecoloflical view.
