Abstract: Su No. 5 and Su No. 6, two parent silkworms for hybridization, were reared with Husang No.32 mulberry tree leaves polluted by phenol gas or exposed in phenol containing air. It's found that phenol can accumulate in mulberry leaves and transfer to silkworm's body, or directly comes into it,and finally comes to the environment through the excrement of silkworm larva, which constitutes a circulation of accumulation and migration of phenol in sericultural ecosystem.
