Seasonal Variation of Soil Animals in Man-Made Rubber-Tea Community in Tropics

Abstract: t were studied in rub-ber-tea community, rubber plantation and tea plantation. The results show that the number of soil animal species is varied with seasons, the peak of which appears from December to Februaryof the following year,when temperature is low and precipitation is less. Acarina and Collembola are the dominant groups in these three communities, and the number of Acarina and Collembola accounts for 81.44% of the total number of soil animals.
