Abstract: This experimental study dealing with the colony structure in high-yield wheat field is especially focused on two aspects. One is the relation among the colony development, number of stool shoots and number of spikes. The other is regulation and development trend of the use of solar energy and component part of the yield.

Key words: ciliate diversity, hypoxic zone of Yangtze River estuary, DGGE fingerprinting, jellyfish bloom.
