Abstract: Population ecology and behavioral ecology is an important ecological subject. Brandt's voles is dominate rodent in typical steppe of Inner Mongolian. The research advances in population ecology and behavioral ecology of Brandt's voles, mainly including age distribution, sex ratio, reproduction, flutuation and regulation of population eating behavior, spatial exploitation, communication, individual recognition and mating system were reviewed in the paper.
