Abstract: The complex management of ecosystem can make full use of light, heat, space and land resources, effectively increase biomass and improve eclogical environment. In order to develop the economic and ecological effecfs, the studies on three complex management models between pine and each of shrub, herb and fungi were carried out in Lishui district,Zhejiang province during 1985-1993.The random block design was used in the experiment and thirty experimental combinations were designed. On the basis of studies of growth situation in each complex management model, economic and ecological effects were analysed. The models having good effects and recommended for extension include the pine-shrub model with combination of pine and Lespedeza formosa, the the pine-herb model with pine and Cynostemma pentaphyllum and the pine-fungus model with pine and Poriacocos.
