Abstract: In 0.15T and 0.35T(Tesla)magnetic fields, soil breathing intensity, activities of invertase and phosphatase were improved, but activity of urease was inhibited. After applying magnetized coal ash to red soil, the rate of germination of Sudan grass was increased, growth of seedlings was speeded up, and activity of polyphenol oxidase was decreased.
