Abstract: In order to study the eclological effects of submerged macrophytes restoration, the mesocosm enclosure experiments were conducted in an eutrophicated lake. According to main physico-chemical factors, content of phytoplanktonic chlorophyll-a and biodiversity of protozoan community, the restoration of submerged macrophytes made the water quality much better and the protozoan community diversity greater.
