Abstract

Abstract: Investigation and evaluation of the ground water quality at Dongnanjiu Village in Changling Town were introduced.Evaluation of water quality was done according to the Quality Standard for Ground Water (GB/T 14848-93).The results conformed to category Ⅳ.Hence the water can be used for domestic purposes after special treatment process.

Key words: PCR-DGGE, petroleum pollution, soil, microbial community structure, dominant species, Shengli Oilfield.
