Abstract: Pot experiment with haplic feralsol derived from granite in South China showed t hat compared with no zeolite treatment,applying zeolite with nitrogen,phosph a te and potassium fertilizers could markedly promote the growth of corn,increase its biomass,and raise the uptake of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium.Field expe riment with ¹⁵N showed that zeolite could promote the nitrogen utiliza tion efficiency by 28.8～60.0%,and raise soil CEC,BS and pH.
