High effective liquid chromatographic analysis of vitamin C in Pinus koraiensis and Picea koraiensis leaves

Abstract: This paper introduces a high effective liguid chromatographic method for analysing vitamin Cin needles of coniferous trees. The minimum detection limit is 5.0×10-8g, average recovery rate is 89.2-91.8%, and variation coefficient is less than 5%.
