Abstract: Through comparing the distribution ranges of 2555 seed plant species in northeast China, their geographical elements can be classified into 27 types and 34 subtypes.Statistical analysis shows that with the exception of a few cosmopolitan species, temperate, cold and tropical species occupy respectively 88.5,6.8 and 4.7%, indicating that the nora is in the nature of temperate. The endemic species of them are 117, belonging to 6 types and 4 subtypes.Their abundance in the region is lower than in most other ones in China.
