Abstract: The translocation and transformation of supplemented trace Zn in drab soil is studied with radioactive isotope tracer and chemical fractional extraction methods. It is found that at initial stage, most of soil 65Zn is in exchangeable and carbonate bound forms, and less in residual form.In the following 2 weeks, carbonate bound form is largely transformed into CFeOX and RES forms. After 4 months, MnOX and CFeOX forms are tended to transform into RESform.6 months later, the bulk of 65Zn is still in the labiler CARB and AFeOX forms.
