Effect of ecological factors on citrus fruit quality

Abstract: This paper summarized the research advance on the physiological foundation of citrus fruit's major quality factors such as color formation and organic acid and sugar accumulation,and analyzed the effects of main ecological factors such as temperature,sunshine,water,soil,terrain and landforms on them.The existing problems and the research prospects of citrus ecology were expounded,and a useful proposal on the quality sub-distribution of citrus in China was put forward.
