Abstract: In this paper,the experiment device,basic principle and analytical character of integrated microconduit potential analysis system and its application in ecological research were presented. Ions K⁺,Na⁺,Cl^-,pH,NH₃,NO₃^-,Ca²⁺,Mg²⁺,F^-,CN^-,I^- and S^-/Ag⁺,atropinium and scopolamium in soil,plant,water,wastewater,seium and medicine were determined by the mierodevice based on flow injection analysis principle. The analytical results agreed well with those obtained by standard analytical methods. In view of the advantages provided by intredueing integrated microconduit system into analytical sphere,microdeviee will play an important role in ecological research.
