Abstract: In general, bacteria hardly adapt to printing and dyeing wastewater, as the contaminants changed frequently. 17 strains of bacteria growing well in complex and changeful printing and dyeing wastewater were isolated, and their ecological characteristics were studied. They can be applied to the process of microbial decolorizaton.
