有机络合态Cr在土壤-植物系统中的污染行为

Pollution behavior of organic Cr(Ⅲ)complexes in soil-plant system

摘要: 研究了不同有机络合态Cr对水稻生长发育、吸收积累的影响,结果表明,ED-TA-Cr、柠檬酸铬和富啡酸铬处理的土壤有效态Cr浓度明显高于无机Cr(Ⅲ)处理的,对水稻的毒性要比无机Cr(Ⅲ)大。水稻吸收的Cr大部分积累在根系中,成熟期根系中Cr浓度最高,其次是抽穗期,分蘖期最低,根内Cr含量比茎叶、糙米要高1-2个数量级。水稻对有机络合态Cr吸收能力比无机Cr(Ⅲ)大,并且容易转移到茎叶中。

Abstract: The effects of organic Cr(Ⅲ) complexes on rice growth and their relation to Cr uptake and accumulation are studied. The toxicity of organic Cr(Ⅲ)is decreased in order of ED-TA-Cr>citric-Cr> ful v ic -Cr> h u mic-Cr.O rga nic Cr(Ⅲ)has the higher toxicity than inorganic Cr(Ⅲ). Most of Cr(Ⅲ)absorbed by rice are accumulated in roots and difficult to be transported into stems,leaves and grains. The uptake of organic Cr(Ⅲ) is more than that of inorganic Cr(Ⅲ)under same Cr concentration, and the former is easy to be transported from roots into stems, leaves and grains. Available Cr content in organic Cr(Ⅲ)treated soil is much higher and decreased more slowly than in inorganic Cr(Ⅲ ) treated one.In general,the Cr content in roots is increased with time of rice growth.
