Abstract: Trace Frankia in the rhizosphere of Casuarina cunninghamiana can betected through hybridization of Frankia 16SrRNA with synthetic speific complementary oligonucleotides. The results show that Frankia are migrated under the influence of environmental factors. After 6 months, their distributions in different inoculation points are samilar, and concentrating at 8~30 cm soil layer.
