Abstract: In this paper, rhizobox method is used to study the effect of composted organic materialon soil nutrient and enzyme activity in paddy rice rhizosphere of coastal saline soil.Theresults show that the application of organic material can increase the contents of soil available N, P, K, Fe and Zn, activate the activity of soil enzyme, especially of rhizosphericinvertase, alkaline phosphatase and urease, accelerate the metabolism of soil organic carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus, enhance the nutrient uptake by rice plant and its salt tolerance.
