Abstract: Anabaenopsis sp.is the dominant species in Chenghai lake. Under laboratory condition, the optimum temperature for its growth is 25℃,light intensity is 6000 Lx, photoperiod is 24h,concentrations of NO3-,PO43--P,CO-C andFe3+ are respectively 10.00,1.00,150.00 and 1.00mg·L-1,and PH is 9.0.Its maximum growth rate is 0.817,and the minimum multiplication duration is 0.85 days. The contents of its raw protein, lipid, carbohydrates and ash are respectively 61.25,5.30,20.34 and 8.25%(dry weight),and its amino acid content is 52.63%.
