Abstract: Utilizing FACEresearch site in Anzhen of Wuxi, the effect of CO2 concentration increasing on soil microbe was studied in a paddy field under the condition of local cultivation, irrigation and fertilization. The results showed that soil respiration intensity was 31.88ml穔g-1 and bacteria number was 1.51?106 ind穏-1dry soil in FACEarea,which were greater than those in control area (soil respiration intensity 27.83 ml穔g-1,bacteria number was 1.25?106ind穏-1dry soil, but the differences were not significant.
