Abstract: The concept that there exists a holographic relationship between ecosystem and organism is put forward in this paper. It's considered that both ecosystem and organism have the functions of protection, support, movement, assimilation, respiration, circulation, excretion, reproduction and regulation, and the ecosystem shares the common characters with organism in the aspect of secondary succession or regeneration process.According to the nature of sluggish and simplification in the process of recapitulation of ECIWO (embryo containing the information of whole organism), a new explanation to the multi-direction and multi-route of ecological succession is found.
