小麦纹枯病菌氮素营养的研究

Nitrogen nutrition of wheat Rhizoctonia cerealis

摘要: 研究了培养基中硫酸铵、亚硝酸钠、尿素、酪氨酸、丝氨酸、赖氨酸、丙氨酸、精氨酸、亮氨酸、组氨酸、胱氨酸和脯氨酸等12种氮源对小麦纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia cerealis)生长的影响.结果表明,对小麦纹枯病菌生长最适宜的氨基酸是亮氨酸和脯氨酸,对铵盐、亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐均能有效利用,对胱氨酸和赖氨酸利用能力最差.最后对小麦纹枯病菌的N素营养与病害的发展和小麦植株营养状态之间的关系进行了讨论.

Abstract: Ammolium sulfate, sodium nitrite, urea, tyrosine, serine, lysine, alanine, arginine, leucine, histidine, cysteine and proline were selected as Nsource to prepare Czapek medium and to study their effect on the growth of wheat R.cerealis. The results showed that leucine and proline were the most favorable amino acids for the growth of R.cerealiss. It could utilize nitrates. nitrites and ammonium stilts more effectively, but could not utilize histidine and lysine. The relationship between the nitrogen nutrition of R.cerealis and its development and the nutrition status of wheat plant were discussed.
