2,4,6-三氯苯酚诱导鲫鱼肝脏自由基的产生及其氧化应激

Free radicals in Carassius auratus liver:Their generation and oxidative stress induced by 2,4,6-trichlorophenol

摘要: 采用电子顺磁共振的方法,研究了鲫鱼腹腔注射2,4,6-三氯苯酚(2,4,6-TCP)不同时间(4、8、12、24、72 h)后其肝脏自由基强度的变化、氧化应激反应及其损伤机理.结果表明:2,4,6-TCP极显著促进了鲫鱼肝脏自由基的产生;鲫鱼肝脏内超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD) 与谷胱甘肽硫转移酶 (GST) 的活性受到显著诱导 ,过氧化氢酶 (CAT) 活性受到抑制,还原型谷胱甘肽 (GSH) 含量与对照组无明显差异,氧化型谷胱甘肽 (GSSG) 含量显著升高 ,丙二醛(MDA) 含量极显著增加.

Abstract: With electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) technique, this paper studied the free radicals generation and oxidative stress in Carassius auratus liver after 4, 8, 12, 24 and 72 hours of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol (2,4,6-TCP) intraperitoneal injection. The results showed that 2,4,6-TCP significantly promoted the generation of free radicals in C. auratus liver. The superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione-S-transferase (GST) activities were induced significantly, while catalase (CAT) activity was inhibited, and glutathione (GSH) content had little difference with the control. A significant increase was observed in the contents of oxidized glutathione (GSSG) and malondialdehyde (MDA).
