三峡库区移民环境容量分析

摘要: 三峡工程淹没范围广,移民数量大,安置任务艰巨,对环境的影响广泛而深远.本文根据三峡库区的环境容量现状,从土地承载能力及城镇二、三产业的发展等方面分析了移民环境容量的大小,并就合理开发利用国土资源、发展库区经济、扩大移民环境容量、避免资源破坏和生态环境恶化提出了建议.

关键词: 三峡库区, 移民, 环境容量, 氮素分配, 刈割, 羊草, 补偿生长, 盐碱胁迫

Abstract: The “Three Gorges”engineering induces a vast inundated land, large amount of immigrants and arduous settlement task, which gives a widespread and profound influence on environment. Based on the current status of environmental capacity in “Three Gorges”reservoir area, its immigrant environmental capacity was analyzed from the aspects of the land bearing capacity and the development of second and third industries in cities and towns. Suggestions were made on the rational exploitation of land resources, development of economy,enlargement of immigrant environmental capacity, and prevention of resource damage and eco environmental deterioration in the reservoir area.
